Erika has over twenty years of experience working with mission-based organizations, providing strategic solutions to stakeholders, community partners, and business networks. With an emphasis on strategic planning, mission-vision alignment, feasibility study and campaign management, her philosophy of partnership is empowerment.

 

Her cross-sector experience in: health and human services delivery models and rate methodology systems, arts and culture organizational structure, government agency regulatory systems and process, Tribal governance and strategic partnerships, education institutional advancement and health care public policy work deeply extends into her work with clients.

Erika Schwichtenberg is a decorated USAR veteran, a mother, a musician, a painter, a former small business owner, and her passion is thoroughbred horse breeding and racing.
